When reporting an issue, please include: what you were converting (input and output formats), your browser and version, and what you expected vs. what happened.
A note about attachments
Since the converter is fully client-side, we cannot reproduce most issues from your document alone — but please do not email confidential or unpublished documents. Describe the structure instead (e.g. "a .docx with 3-level headings, tables and footnotes").
For bugs, browser console errors (F12 → Console) are extremely helpful.
Feature requests
Want another output format, more citation styles, or batch tooling? Tell us — the conversion engine already supports far more than the UI exposes, and the roadmap is driven by what users actually need.
